		<description>I like the look of the form you made - real nice and clean, and it seems it will be easy for you to use.

I&#039;m interested to hear how you like the Bernstein thing after a while.  I enjoyed his book, learned a lot, but just can&#039;t do the diet thing right now.  It&#039;s hard to argue the man&#039;s results though!
