This is the one about cooking.

I’ve become a boring cook. Routine has forced Dan and me to cook the same 6 meals over and over.
It’s especially sad because I remember when I was younger, my parents cooked all of our meals from that cookbook called Routine.
Anyone know of a website of easy and affordable recipes?

OK, this post is a bit delayed, but I posted this one on Twitter a while back, and recommend it as an easy and inexpensive meal that can be prepared in about 20 minutes. It’s courtesy of The New York Times, Pasta With Tuna and Olives see http://bit.ly/34Pbij. Just be sure to use Dreamfields pasta (high-fiber, as it makes it easier to dose insulin), but the ingredients are very inexpensive otherwise.

This is super easy to make, and very yummy. Pair it with some sauteed shrimp or grilled chicken. And in my uneducated guess, it would be diabetic friendly.
