This is the one where I complain.



I’m not usually a complainer…but from time to time you get such cruddy coustomer service that you have to write a letter of complaint.  I did so a few weeks ago after receiving NO service from a Lens Crafters.  I got an email today that said:

“Thank you for contacting LensCrafters.

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the service by our Chandler Fashion Center location. The management team has been advised of your concerns and should contact you within 24-48 hours. If you are not contacted within the time frame provided, feel free to contact the store at your convenience. The phone number of the LensCrafters located at Chandler Fashion Center is 480-726-9001.

Thank you for the opportunity to assist you. “

What, if anything would you predict will come from this?

    Umm, why would you contact the store if they don’t contact you? They should have given you the number to someone at corporate that would then call the store and yell at them for not contacting you within the time frame stated. Sounds like you’re going to get a big nothing from LensCrafters.
