And everyone always asks me "Isn't it awkward at parties when you're the only one not drinking?" and honestly, it's not. I've never felt awkward because of the fact that I don't drink. In my experience, when lots of people are gathered together and drinking, they don't all get REALLY drunk. Therefore, many of them are seem as if they are sober and you can just talk to them like normal. I guess that depends on how much your friends like drinking. haha. I think it’s a great idea too! lol.

I haven't had an alcoholic drink since I was 17, which is sort of weird because I drank at family events and religious events and stuff for about five years before that.
