This is the one that you probably already knew how to do.

I’ve got a major headache right now. I spent the last two days in an annual reatreat for work. I learned a lot about the org. that I work for, and it was nice to meet a bunch of people that I hadn’t had the opportunity to meet yet.
There were a few parts of the last few days that were so freaking ridiculous though. Mainly was the 2 hours we spent talking about email ettiqutte (really, I need to be reminded to check my email every 48 hours? I can’t even go 48 minutes without feeling the what-if-someone-important-emailed-me anxiety) and Outlook calendar training.
During the Outlook training my peers were asking questions to the presenter (curve balls, really), and I had to bite my tongue not to step in.
Now that I’m home, I’d like to jump in the shower and relax a little.

@cheapblueguitar you leaving?? Or just singing?

I’m right there with you on the email psychosis. I kinda got it under control when I learend to set Outlook at work and Thunderbird at home to auto-check my email every five minutes. Then it’s not a problem, it’s just software!
What were some of the curve balls? That would make a good addition to this post. ;)
