I complained last week that my new office has a really shitty computer. Remember?
It turns out that it only took a bit of nagging and complaining to get a new one. I’m pretty technically “with it.” I don’t need to call IT for them to remind me how to do a Google search, and I’m pretty confident I can install software on my own. So when I started telling the IT guy about all of the things I wanted to do on my machine, but wasn’t able to do because it was a hunk of junk, he told me he’d get me a new one.
Ta Da!
On a completely unrelated note: Brian from CheapBlueGuitar stopped by yesterday and donated a bunch of stuff for the community garage sale that my teens are planning. He even tweeted it (with a nasty MrMikeLawson picture). If you live in the Tempe area and have stuff you want to get rid of, contact me.

It’s not a nasty picture, although I was wondering why you went into Mary Katherine Gallagher pose. Did I make you nervous?

I don’t know why I did that pose. I hate taking pictures…so I usually make a stupid face or do something stupid.
